Paul is a former practising English solicitor and law firm partner with over 40 years’ experience across corporate, commercial and finance matters. While he is not currently acting as a solicitor and does not hold a practising certificate, Paul continues to draw on his extensive experience of complex transactions and projects to provide strategic and commercial support to the firm’s clients.

Paul has advised public bodies, multinational corporations, lending institutions and emerging market companies. He has particular expertise in procurement, both conventional and privately financed, and has advised on the structuring and delivery of high-value and complex energy, transport and public infrastructure projects.

During his career, Paul has worked with international law firms from offices in London, Tokyo, Dubai and Singapore, advising on transactions and projects spanning more than 30 jurisdictions. He now works as an independent consultant, providing commercial and strategic advice on procurement, infrastructure and wider corporate and commercial matters, drawing on his international experience and extensive network of business and professional contacts.
