Paul is an English qualified solicitor with over 30 years’ experience in the legal profession. He has undertaken a wide range of corporate, commercial and finance work for public bodies, multinational corporations, lending institutions and emerging market companies.

Paul has particular expertise in procurement, both conventional and privately financed. He has advised on the structuring and delivery of high value and legally complex energy, transport and public infrastructure projects.

During his career Paul has worked for international law firms from offices in London, Tokyo, Dubai and Singapore, advising clients on deals spanning over 30 jurisdictions. He has built up an extensive network of business and professional contacts which he is able to bring to his work.
