Over the course of his 9 years career with multinational companies and international law firms in Dubai and London, Ramy has built a diverse legal career with experience spanning mergers and acquisitions, energy, commercial contracts, infrastructure and projects, regulatory and international law compliance, and employment law.

He is adept at navigating cross-border legal issues and has successfully managed complex legal matters in multiple jurisdictions including United Kingdom, Ukraine, Romania, Malta, Belgium, Netherlands, Italy, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, UAE, Egypt, Jordan, Zambia, Ghana, Malaysia and China, and working in a variety of practice areas.
